FAQ

Frequently asked questions answered

What is a promissory note?

A Promissory Note is a written, legally enforceable agreement to pay you interest at a specific rate and frequency and repay your principal (the original amount that you invest) on a specific date.

What is an "unsecured" note?

"Unsecured" means that, for making a loan to FrontPay as set forth in the Promissory Note, the Investor does not receive any collateral in any of the company’s properties or other assets. The Investor simply receives the company’s written, legally enforceable promise to repay the Investor, and pay the Investor interest.

Can anyone invest?

You need to be an accredited investor as defined by the SEC under Rule 501.

What fees do you charge?

Zero. FrontPay does not charge management or servicing fees of any kind. It earns a profit from the regular business operations.

How do I withdraw my investment?

Your principal is automatically returned to your funding account upon the maturity of your Note. You have the option to reinvest your principal if additional investment opportunities are available at that time.

How and when will I be paid?

Monthly by ACH to your checking account. Your first payment is typically 30 days after you first investment.

What is the minimum investment?

Currently the minimum investment is $100,000

How long are the terms?

We offer note terms from 36-60 months.

Has FrontPay ever defaulted on a payment to note investors?

No, FrontPay has never missed, delayed, or fallen short on any principal or interest payment to our investors. We maintain a perfect payment track record and have successfully paid out over $150k of interest to investors since inception.

How do I invest?

Once you're ready, schedule a call or request a copy of the Promissory Note.
